HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You can track your order status in real time by entering your order information on the USPS tracking page (https://www.usps.com/).
NOTE: Delivery can be impacted by conditions beyond the control of Passion Gallery including holidays and customs processing delays. Extended delivery times are not a cause for order cancellation.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY MERCHANDISE?
All our products are custom made and shipped from various locations. Orders will be processed and shipped within 5-7 days. It will usually take 1-2 weeks from the date of shipping for your order to arrive worldwide. Total delivery time averages 2-3 weeks from date of purchase. Also, please take into consideration and allow up to 3-5 weeks in the event of flight delay, bad weather, or high demand.

Passion Gallery successfully ships many products worldwide each day. We have many happy customers in every corner of the globe.
WHY DIDN'T MY ORDER COME IN ONE PACKAGE?
We ship your orders from various international warehouses (US, Canada, Malaysia, China, and Singapore). Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfillment centers in order for efficiency. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once, they are on the way. Therefore, the partial shipment could be applied to customers’ order.
WHY IS MY SHIPMENT STATUS UNCHANGED?
Your shipment may be delayed. Delivery time delays can be due to e.g. weather incidents, customs or backlogs. Please note that tracking information can be displayed after your order started being shipped.
DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?
Unfortunately, we can't ship to P.O. boxes. Delivery must be to a physical address. We're more than happy to deliver to your company or work address too.
HOW CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?
Please note that we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not been fulfilled yet. If you want to change anything in your order, please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours after placing your order.

If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check and confirmed that the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Correction on shipping address can only be made within 24 hours after the order is placed. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
